Manage Connect Links for end-user provider OAuth

3 commands in `@codespar/cli 0.16.0`.

### `codespar connect list`

List active connections

```bash
codespar connect list [options]
```

| option | what it does |
|---|---|
| `-u, --user <id>` | Filter by user |
| `--status <s>` | Filter by status: connected, pending, revoked, expired |

### `codespar connect start`

Start an OAuth Connect Link flow for a server

```bash
codespar connect start [options] <server>
```

| option | what it does |
|---|---|
| `-u, --user <id>` | User id (default: cli-user) |
| `-r, --redirect-uri <url>` | Where the provider returns the user (default: http://localhost:3000/connect/success) |
| `--scopes <scopes>` | Provider-specific scope override |
| `--open` | Force-open the link in the system browser |
| `--no-open` | Print the link only; don't auto-open |

### `codespar connect revoke`

Revoke a connection by id (ca_...) or by server (revokes active connection for the user)

codespar connect revoke [options] <connection-or-server>
```
