Inspect tools exposed by servers

### `codespar tools list`

List the tools one server exposes

codespar tools list [options]
```

### `codespar tools show`

Show one tool of a server

```bash
codespar tools show [options] <name>
```

Show the 15 published meta-tool definitions (name, actions, required input)
