Inspect tool-call execution logs

Each one prints what its operation answered. What a command prints has the rule, and Configuration has the exit codes and the shape of a failure.
codespar logs tail
Show recent tool calls; with --follow, poll for new ones

-t, --tool <name> | Keep only this tool (applied to the page fetched) |
--limit <n> | How many recent calls to read (default 20) |
-f, --follow | Keep polling for new calls until interrupted |
